What data we collect

Naimfy does not require registration and does not collect personal data directly. When you use the name generator, the description you enter is sent to OpenAI's API solely to generate name suggestions. We do not store this input on our servers beyond the duration of the request.

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data through analytics tools (e.g. page visits, general interaction patterns) to understand how the service is used and improve it. This data does not identify you personally.

Third-party services

The following third-party services are used and may process data:

• OpenAI — processes the description you enter to generate name suggestions. OpenAI's privacy policy applies: openai.com/policies/privacy-policy
• Google Tag Manager / Analytics — used to collect anonymous usage statistics. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
• Namecheap — domain registration links may include an affiliate identifier. Clicking those links is entirely voluntary.

Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on the legitimate interest of providing and improving the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). No special categories of personal data are processed.

Data retention

We do not retain the descriptions you submit beyond the scope of a single request. Anonymous analytics data may be retained for up to 26 months by Google Analytics.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) at aepd.es.
